4ish weeks out and let me tell you I'm feeling it. I woke up this morning took my progress pictures. I wasn't extremely happy with how I am looking being so close, but I am my own worse critic. Sent my updates to coach and he did show me how much I've been improving. I had my pitty party for about 10 mins texted a few people and made me come to a realization I am being way to hard on myself. I went to the gym and killed it. I gave it my all. Each work out counts. I didn't stop until I couldn't go anymore. Life is seriously what you make it. Life is way toooo short to sit around and be upset. Go out there and do things that scare you. Live in the moment. Don't let fear take over. 4 carb waffle :) my go too pre workout breakfast its one scoop of level one protein by 1st phorm (chocolate peanut butter cup) one oz egg whites and some almond butter on top( i do one tlbs) its whag my macos allows this is great for if youre on competion prep like myself or if youre craving something sweet and on a lower carb day i also take my m factor multi vitamin and full mega which is my daily dose of omega this reduces inflamation,prmoted heart health and actually moderates your cholesterol levels if anyone has any questions about any of these products or sugesstons dm me here or hit me up on my ig lil.lexx_fitness happy to help :)
