In Meal Plans and Macros
Ate at 9ish not really my last meal, but for tonight it is. Chicken salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, tomatoes, English cucumbers (I like those the most) with Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing.

The first 2miles were all good, then that 3rd mile got kinda rough because of the heat now the breathing was off so I walked most of the third mile and tried again at the fourth mile. Nope not good so I walked.

4oz. of chicken breast with spinach, romaine, and red leaf lettuce. Added tomatoes, chick peas, cucumbers, and red onions. Also, I used Waldens Farms calorie, gluten, and sugar free dressing...Honey Dijon <3

In Guns Out & Summer Bodies
Had 5pm Strength training stuff like straight leg dead lifts, hip bridges, sit-ups, the ab roller, stair master......then when I thought everything was over I had to attend Fit camp with my trainer Bianca, we ran and did abs with dumb bell flys. We ran again, and did lunges with planks, we ran and did torso twist with wall sits! Man I was certainly pushed today. By the way loving this new forum on dpoe where I can yet again post my meals and workouts daily
